Bitovi is simplifying web application development. We build amazing web apps, the right way. After years of solving complex front-end engineering problems, we know what works and what doesn’t. We’ve baked that experience into our tools, consulting, and training.

We Want You

We’re looking for passionate JavaScript, UX, and DevOps consultants who identify with our mission to empower technology delivery.    

We have a track record of designing and building high-profile and amazing web applications through our active Consulting practice.   We ensure our clients are set up for success and partner with them to solve any problems that come up along the way.  

We are a full time, remote team of about 35 JavaScript developers, UX designers, and DevOps Engineers located primarily in North America.

A Little Bit More

We want someone who enjoys identifying the hard parts of application consulting and simplifying them, talking about architecture, and teaching others. We also want someone who can lead others and be an integral part of a team.    We look for strong communications skills, the ability to set and manage expectations, and how you interact with others to build relationships.

In addition to client work, you’ll have the opportunity to shape a small and growing company by applying your talent and passion towards an area of interest. Bitovians:

What We Look For

When it comes to interviewing, we are looking for individuals with expert level technical skills, who are just as comfortable and confident communicating with key client stakeholders, setting and managing expectations, and leading through project challenges.  Project success is a combination of multiple factors and we've learned that non-technical skills are just as critical.

Our interview process for all roles involves a combination of technical, behavioral, and consulting style interviews.   We tend to start with a take home exercise and move on to interviews conducted via video calls from there.
