Working with Bitovi has been excellent as they’ve helped upskill our teams while increasing the efficiency and speed of one of the most critical user-facing sites we own.

From the very beginning the Bitovi team was exceptionally tuned into my desired outcomes; team skills uplift, community of practice culture building, defect mitigation, and technical modernization. For each of these areas we collaborated on a plan which Bitovi executed fantastically. I found the team thoughtful, candid, and driving.

Working with Bitovi gave us the ability to collaborate, and find the best solutions together.  The top benefits of working with Bitovi included access to other services, DevOps in our case, that our tech team was able to leverage, access to engineers involved in the Angular community allowing our team to stay on top of the latest trends, and flexibility to scale the team up and down as needed.

Bitovi helped implement complex charts for our new Angular Application, including research and development. This was a first for our Frontend team, and Bitovi did a great job of laying down a foundation we can build upon going forward. 

There were a number of factors that led to our decision to work with Bitovi.  They include a match between their service offerings and our need for senior Angular experience, a strong online presence, and confidence in their team from the start through our initial communications and meetings.

It would not be accurate to say that we were "satisfied" or "happy" with Bitovi. We are THRILLED with the work you've done!

We decided to work with Bitovi because we were upgrading our existing site from Angular 4 to Angular 9 and ran into problems prerendering the site.  While we had sufficient in-house experience working with Angular in general, we had no experience with Angular 9 and we were also using a prerendering tool that was new to us (Scully).  We had our site built, but the prerendering wasn't working and we had a scheduled "go live" date in less than 2 weeks.  When we approached Jennifer with our problems, she immediately understood our issues.  Understanding that we were in a tough time crunch, Jennifer was able to re-work her schedule to jump right in.  Jennifer was AMAZING!  Not only did she help us with our prerendering issues, she also reviewed our code and identified areas where we could make significant performance improvements.  Jennifer organized a quick  "training session" with our team that we recorded.  The training session was excellent.   (Members of the team have watched it several times.)  Jennifer also helped with with CI/CD, assisting with the automation of the Scully prerendering and deployment.  We came out of this project with a highly optimized, prerendered site with an automated deployment process.

Jennifer is a mountain of knowledge and capability that she is happy to share with her customers (and everyone else through her blogs).  She is a fantastic technical resource, an excellent teacher, and a natural leader.  We cannot say enough good things about Jennifer and Bitovi.
